Returns

You can return any purchase you make with the Giuseppe Zanotti Design-Outseason Online Store for a full refund. The return shipping is FREE. You must ship the item you wish to return back to us within 14 days of the date in which your order was delivered to you. Items returned to us after 14 days cannot be returned.

Unfortunately at this moment it is not possible to exchange a product for another. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can simply return it to us, return shipping is free.

Yes. A return of an item purchased as a gift will result in a refund of the original purchaser’s credit card. 
If you receive an item as a gift and wish to return it, simply follow the instructions on how to ship the item back, it is very easy and return shipping is free.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Giuseppe Zanotti Design Outseason, you can return it and get a refund. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns of products bought at Giuseppe Zanotti Design boutiques or retailers and the products bought from GiuseppeZanottiDesign.com cannot be returned elsewhere. You can return an item up to 14 days after the product was delivered.

To return an item:

1. Complete the online form 
Go to the "ONLINE RETURNS" section (at the bottom on the right) and insert your order number and email address. Once the procedure is finished, you will receive an email confirming the return request with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Prepare the package for delivery
Put your products back in the Giuseppe Zanotti Design wrapping.
Take the Giuseppe Zanotti Design wrapping and place it inside its original packaging.

In the original packaging you will find a returns label that has already been filled in. Affix it to the packaging, making sure to cover the original label.
Call UPS at +1 800 PICK-UPS (+1 800 742 5877) to book the collection. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department for any reason by sending an email to customerserviceusa@giuseppezanottidesign.com .

Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘as new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches on any part of the uppers or soles, have any dirt, scuff marks or excessive wrinkles.
We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you’ve decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes. 
Items that are not ‘as new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.

Tags affixed to products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase(s). If the tags are removed, the products will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

When we receive your returned merchandise back to our Returns Center, we will inspect the products to make sure they are in “as new” condition. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the credit card or PayPal account you used to pay for your order within maximum 14 days.

As soon as the refund is made to the payment option you used for your order, you will get a confirmation email. I may take up to 14 days for the amount to show on your credit card statement. If you have paid your order with PayPal, a refund normally appears within 48 hours on your Paypal account. 
The clearance date of the repayment will be the same as the initial payment to Giuseppe Online. As a consequence, the party who made the payment will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

If you misplace your pre-paid return label, contact our Customer Service team. They will send you a new one.

Sorry, but we currently do not offer the possibility to return or exchange items purchased online to our stores. If you are not satisfied with your online order, you can return the item, return shipping is on us.
